American Airlines Ending Lancaster Airport Bus Service
(Lancaster, PA) -- American Airlines is ending its shuttle service between Lancaster Airport and Philadelphia. The twice a day bus service has operated for less than two years, and will be shutting down on June fifth. The bus service was launched in 2022 because of a pilot shortage that was causing airlines to cut service to smaller, regional airports like Lancaster. The buses between the airport in Manheim Township and Philadelphia have been operating at around 25 percent of capacity.
