Heart, Health Conditions Cause Of Harrisburg Teen's Death

(Harrisburg, PA) -- A Harrisburg teenager's death last weekend has been ruled as one of natural causes. The Dauphin County Coroner's Office reported that 16-year-old Justin Johnson died of complications from sickle cell disease, and that cardiomyopathy was a second "significant condition." Johnson was found unconscious in his Lower Paxton Township home Friday night and later pronounced dead at an area hospital. A student at Central Dauphin High School, Johnson was remembered by more than 100 people Tuesday at Koons Park.
