The Hershey Bears have announced the team is holding a fan festival in conjunction with the outdoor game against Wilkes-Barre Scranton.

Here's the information, courtesy of Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company:

(Hershey, Pa. -- January 8, 2013) - Hockey fans won't want to miss the only outdoor match-up for 2013. On January 19 and 20, Hersheypark Stadium will be home to the 2013 Capital BlueCross AHL Outdoor Classic which pits long time rivals the Hershey Bears against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins in a matchup reminiscent of 'old style' hockey games of the past.

Competition kickoffs on Saturday, January 19 at 3:00 p.m., when the alumni from the respective teams face off. Prior to the game and throughout the weekend, there will be festivities for ticket holders at the Pepsi FanFest located outside Hersheypark Stadium.

On Saturday, Pepsi FanFest will open at 11:00 a.m. and will feature live entertainment from Vinyl Groove, an ice sculpture carving from Giant Center's Lead Cook Albert Maya, alumni signings at various Clear Channel radio station booths and more. Labatt Blue Light will have a beer tent set up inside FanFest with beverages available for purchase. In addition, fans can purchase food and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the complex. A special broadcast of Old Barn Hockey Show LIVE with Scott Stuccio, Frank Schofield, Mike Parks and Brock Kerchner will air starting at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Pepsi FanFest will close at 6:00 p.m.

The Chocolate and White will take the ice on Sunday, January 20 for a 5:00 p.m. puck drop. Pepsi FanFest opens at noon with Honeypump taking the stage at 1:00 p.m. During the day, hockey devotees can visit various sponsor booths, play games, receive autographs from their favorite Hershey Bears alumni at radio station locations, capture unique photo opportunities and more. Fanfest will commence at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Pepsi FanFest is a ticketed event, which is included in admission to the 2013 Capital BlueCross AHL Outdoor Classic. Great seats are still tickets available and can be purchased by visiting www.HersheyBears.com or by calling 717-508-BEAR.
