Blood drive in Reading on Sunday for Stampede head coach

Miller-Keystone Blood Center in Reading is hosting a special blood drive on Sunday for Harrisburg Stampede head coach Bernie Nowotarski.

Nowotarski was diagnosed last March with multiple myeloma, a cancer of the plasma cells in bone marrow.

The center is located at 2745A Leiscz's Bridge Road and the drive runs from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Call Tamara West at (484) 336-4874 to donate blood for Nowotarski's treatments.
