Local race fan giving away NASCAR Bristol tickets to someone living with a disability

With the support of Keystone Mobility and the Center for Independent Living of Central PA’s Living Well With A Disability program, someone with a disability will receive one fan's tickets to the 2012 Bristol race for free.
