(Harrisburg, PA) -- The state Department of Transportation has announced daytime lane and shoulder restrictions this week in both directions of Interstate 83 between Dauphin and Cumberland Counties. The work on the John Harris Memorial Bridge will see the northbound right lane and southbound right shoulder closed between 9 am and 2 pm each day through Friday. Motorists are being reminded to slow down in work zones, and prepare for extra travel time.
