Harrisburg teams earn number-two seeds at RBI World Series

Baseball teams from Atlanta, Ga., Chicago, Ill., Phoenix, Ariz. and Venice, Calif. have earned the #1 seeds in their respective playoff brackets at the 20th annual Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI) World Series.
