Here's one more nugget to
a story that's been trending on Deadspin: Bishop McDevitt's athletic director says LeSean McCoy used to say his last name while juking people even in high school.
According to a former teammate at the University of Pittsburgh, LeSean McCoy used to say 'McCoy! McCoy! McCoy!' while running and cutting during practice in college.
But it didn't start there.
McCoy did the same thing when he was a star running back at Bishop McDevitt, the school's athletic director Tommy Mealy confirmed to me the other day on Twitter.
Perhaps saying 'McCoy, McCoy, McCoy' is some kind of timing device to help LeSean make defenders miss?
We'll probably never know.
