Penn State officials say the school has completed more than one-third of the 119 recommendations made to the University in a report by the Freeh Group.

Among the moves?

Providing sufficient support and oversight of the Office of Student Affairs to make certain that all students follow the same standards of conduct.

In other words, no preferential treatment for football players.

The school also says its revising organizational structure of the Athletic Department, clearly defining lines of authority, responsibilities and reporting relationships.
