HUMMELSTOWN -- Penn State recruit Andrew Roberts passed the 1000-kills mark for his career Thursday in Lower Dauphin's 3-games-to-1 triumph over Cedar Cliff.

The Falcons won the match by scores of 25-9, 25-17, 25-27, and 25-18.

The 6'5" senior needed just five kills to reach the milestone and finished with 11 before being pulled from the third game by Falcons head coach Dave Machamer.

Machamer believes Roberts is only the fourth or fifth Mid-Penn Conference student-athlete to pass the 1000-mark in the last 16 years.
