Gittlen golf tournament fined again; to hand over $3.3 million to cancer research

One of the top charity golf tournaments in the nation has been fined again by the State of Pennsylvania and has agreed to turn over more than $3 million for cancer research to Penn State, CBS 21 News SportsDirector Jason Bristol has learned.

Jason Bristol, shame on you for distorting such information! You should get your facts in order before you broadcast such untruths. Those of us that whole-heartedly support the Gittlen know the truth and stand behind Warren 100%. So much good has been done by this tournament and your reporting is just a bad reflection on you!

this story is completly inaccurate and misleading. Please do not believe the doubt that it cast upon the Gittlen foundation. When all of the facts are made clear, you will find that there is nothing wrong with the handling of the cancer research money. Do not jump to an erroneous conclusion
