Former employee in billboard battle with Williams Grove

Sally Loh is finally going public about her agonizing billboard battle with Williams Grove Speedway. The late owner of the track gave the business to her years ago as a token of his appreciation, but Loh says Williams Grove Inc. won't turn it over, reports CBS 21 News Sports Director Jason Bristol.
