SELINSGROVE -- Greg Hodnett of Thomasville was declared the champion of the sixth annual Keystone Cup on Sunday after the final race of the series at Selinsgrove Speedway was canceled due to bad weather.

Hodnett, who won the first race of the series Thursday at Port Royal, had a six-point lead over Danny Dietrich of Aspers entering the Keystone Cup finale.

Fred Rahmer won Friday's Keystone Cup race at Williams Grove, pulling past Dietrich with five laps to go. Brian Montieth claimed Lincoln's Cup race on Saturday.

The Keystone Cup race at Selinsgrove was canceled when strong thunderstorms moved over the half-mile track at about 6:30 p.m. There were 23 410 sprint cars registered for the track's Ray Tilley Classic.
