ABBOTTSTOWN -- Myerstown's Brent Marks came from the eighth starting spot Saturday to claim his eighth career win at Lincoln Speedway in the final afternoon race of the season.
Two-time Lincoln champ Jeff Rohrbaugh claimed his second-straight opening day win in the 358 sprints, as well.
Marks won the 410 feature after driving past pole-sitter Billy Dietrich on a re-start on Lap 17. His final margin of victory was .64 seconds over Lance Dewease, who passed both Cory Haas and Dietrich on the backstretch of lap 18.
"The track was awesome today," said Marks upon exiting his BAPS Auto Paints & Supply/Fredericksburg Eagle Hotel/ TJ's Body Shop #19M, according to the track website. "This is a great race track and we had a lot of passing here, and it's perfect for sliders. This was cool. I really enjoyed this race."
Mark set the all-time Lincoln ten-lap track record last week during a heat race.
Haas, who destroyed cars in each of the first two weeks, held on for third, with Dietrich and Logan Schuchart completing the top five.
Rohrbaugh led all 20 laps of the 258 feature for his eighth career win at Lincoln. Shane Hoff finished second, while Eric Tomecek crossed the line in third place. Ryan Wilson and Tyler Ross also finished in the top five.
