Why didn't we wait to do anything until after the trials of Curley and Schultz? The BOT & NCAA based their decisions on one report that is clearly flawed. We should hang on to those trophies until all due process is completed and we find out what REALLY happened. The NCAA's actions up to this point have been the quickest rush to judgment in history. The investigation of Sandusky is a criminal investigation, not one to be done by a collection of people chosen to serve on a voluntary board. Note, the NCAA has taken no action against North Carolina to date and their actions are much more appropriate for the NCAA to be handling than a criminal act. Emmert is a two faced clown who just couldn't wait to throw Penn State under the bus. Plus, if you put all of the BOT members together you would have great difficulty finding a spine. When are we going to see some leadership in the administration at PSU??

What I can't understand is why the alum or anyone else isn't taking the board of trustees and the crooks at the NCAA to court. Just how can the NCAA give PSU any santions when they are not following any of their own rules. They go off on the lies of the Freeh report. And they keep changing that also.

Wake up PSU administration and board!

Though the NCAA Says those trophies are a matter to be decided by PSU and the bowls, what sanctions would the bowls face should they decide PSU can keep them?
