Annie McCormick

Annie McCormick comes to WHP from KRQE in Albuquerque, New Mexico. While at KRQE, Annie won several awards for her feature stories on the paranormal. She covered numerous crime stories and broke the bust of the largest prostitution ring in the state.

   A native of Moorestown, New Jersey, Annie began her broadcast career at CBS 3 in Philadelphia as an assignment editor. From there she landed her first on-air gig at KWTX in Waco, Texas before moving on to Albuquerque. 

   Prior to TV news, Annie was a photojournalist in Philadelphia and South Jersey working for the New York Times, the Associated Press, and the Philadelphia Daily News, The Trenton Times, as well as magazines such as Star and US Weekly. She became interested in photography while an intern in The White House Photo Office and an intern at the The Morning Call in Allentown. Annie is a graduate of Muhlenberg College.

   Annie is excited to be back on the East coast where she is closer to her family. At WHP, Annie began the series, Central PA’s Most Wanted, which features fugitives in the area.
