McDevitt falls to Cathedral Prep at PIAA-AAA semifinals

CLEARFIELD -- Quarterback Damion Terry accounted for four touchdowns and Erie Cathedral Prep scored 28 second-half points Friday in a 38-3 win over Bishop McDevitt in the PIAA-AAA semifinals at Clearfield High School.

Cathedral Prep (14-0) will meet defending state champion Archbishop Wood this coming Friday at Hersheypark Stadium for the Class AAA title.

Terry rushed for 75 yards and threw for 165 more. He will attend Michigan State this fall.

McDevitt (14-1) came away with just three points in three first-half possessions inside the Ramblers' red zone.

Prep held McDevitt to 143 yards of offense.
