The Living Well With a Disability program is run and operated by persons living with and without disabilities.  The individuals are members of our staff who over many years have either successfully lived with disabilities, or worked with programs that provided services to people with diverse disabilities.
The Living Well With A Disability's main purpose is to use the experience of our staff to assist other persons with disabilities and/or their family members to live well -  whatever that may be.  We will work with you to find the resources you need to fulfill your needs, wishes and dreams.

If you are are a person with a disability or know a person with a disability, please give us a call for a free Living Well With A Disability assessment at 1-877-TO-LIV-WELL (1-877-865-4893)

Thank you,

Theo Braddy,
