2013 York Polar Bear Plunge "biggest" and "coldest" yet
Saturday morning, nearly fifteen hundred people gathered at John Wright Restaurant in Wrightsville, and prepared to "plunge" themselves into the Susquehanna river to benefit the York County Special Olympics.
