Charity game iced with end of NHL lockout

The Johnstown Tomahawks had been scheduled to hold its "Charity Classic" on Wednesday night. Penguins forwards Chris Kunitz and Matt Cooke were scheduled to serve as captains on teams that would have included other Penguins and members of the North American Hockey League club.
