HARRISBURG -- The Heat's newest player is an old favorite.

Harrisburg coach Richard Chinapoo, 56, played in the Heat's final regular season game Saturday against the Ohio Vortex in Media, Ohio.

According to the game box score, Chinapoo, a defender, wore No. 22 and did not record any statistics.

Harrisburg defeated Ohio 8-3 to finish its first season in the Professional Arena Soccer League with a record of 6-10, eight games behind first-place Detroit in the Eastern Division.

Chinapoo retiried from playing in 2000. He was inducted into the Heat's Hall of Fame in November 2001.
