NEWBERRYTOWN -- Dover’s Justin Ehrhart completed a backflip from his car Saturday after winning the 20-lap Late Model feature event at the Susquehanna Speedway Park on Hometown Heroes night for Dover, East Berlin and Dillsburg.

Ehrhart, the 2011 SSP Late Model Champion, won for the first time this season.

Rookie driver J.R. Rodriguez jumped out to an early lead in the 25-lap Late Model feature for the second consecutive week. Rodriguez held the lead for the first four laps until Ehrahrt made the pass for the lead on the high side in turn one.

Once into the lead, Ehrhart never looked back to take the checkers at the end. Rodriguez took the runner-up spot for the second straight feature race. Carl Billet, a winner from two week’s ago took the third place spot.

Doug Bennett of Chambersburg has been unbeatable as of late; winning his fourth 20-lap Street Stock feature in a row on Saturday.

Chad Stine of York claimed his second Xtreme Stock Car feature of the season, coming from the 17th-starting position to win.
