City Islanders rally, upset New England in US Open Cup, 4-3

Andrew Marshall scored in the fifth round of penalty kicks, and the Harrisburg City Islanders, of the USL Pro Division, knocked off the New England Revolution, 4-3, in the third round of the U.S. Open Cup on Tuesday night.
