HARRISBURG -- Tyler Witmer scored 4 goals and Mitchell Walters added 2 more in the Harrisburg Heat's 11-8 win over Real Harrisburg in the PASL's Open Cup Round of 16 at Sports City.

Real trailed 9-5 after 3 quarters, but scored 3 unanswered goals early in the 4th to cut the Heat lead to 9-7; before Witmer and Tom Mellor put the game out of reach.

Harrisburg rested five starters, including keeper Dave Kern. Justin Johnson earned the win in his first start.

The Heat meets Detroit in the next round on January 12; a game that will also count in the PASL regular season standings.

Seth Lehman and Matt Sourbeer scored twice for Real.

Way to go ReAL Harrisburg!!! That was more exciting than last week's Heat season game. We are so proud of you!!! They are FAR from "rec guys" as they all played D1, D2, and D3 ball in college and are on teams in many organized leagues. Can't wait for the rematch!!!
