Hershey, Shippensburg to meet in Mid-Penn baseball final

DILLSBURG -- Jack Stover threw a complete game one-hitter and Dallas Wilson smashed a solo homer Wednesday in Hershey's 8-0 win over West Perry in the Mid-Penn Conference tournament semifinals at Northern York High School.

The Trojans will meet Shippensburg in Thursday's tournament final.

Wilson homered in the fifth to give the Trojans a three-run lead at 3-0. He also drove home a run in the second inning, as well.

Stover fanned nine, including two in the home half of the fifth.

Shippensburg defeated Cumberland Valley 5-2 in the other semifinal at Northern York High School.
