YORK -- The York Revolution has added former major league outfielder Tyler Graham to its roster and has re-signed veteran pitcher and York resident Corey Thurman.
Graham made his big league debut last season with Arizona, appearing in 10 games. He did not record a hit in two at-bats. He batted .343 in 2010 for San Francisco's Triple-A team in Fresno, Ca., with 35 stolen bases and wiped a Pacific Coast League-high 60 bases in 2011.
"Tyler adds an element of speed offensively and gives us versatility in the outfield," said manager Mark Mason in a statement. "I'm going to give him every opportunity to showcase his talents."
Thurman will return for his sixth season after posting a record of 14-3 in 2012. He is the only pitcher in the Atlantic League to record ten or more victories in each of the last three seasons.
"'Thurm' is a very dependable starter and a proven winner," added Mason. "I look for him to lead our pitchers with his great work ethic and enthusiasm."
York now has nine players signed for 2013, including six who played for the Revs last season
