HARRISBURG -- What makes Tim Tebow tick?

One of Tebow's former teammates at Florida, Troy Epps believes he has the answer -- it's Tebow's work ethic.

"Tebow is Tebow, he's going to work hard," said Epps, a former defensive lineman on the Gators' 2008 BCS National Championship squad. "Just a relentless effort that he puts out. That's it more anything else."

"He just won't quit. That's what makes him successful."

Epps, who is originally from Union, S.C., is perusing a career in professional football and signed with the Indoor Football League's Reading Express in November. He has been living and training in Harrisburg at Explosive Sports Performance, founded by Dave Brixius.

He said his agent recommended training under Brixius, who has helped develop NFL players like Marques Colston, Mike Cox and Jaimie Thomas.

Epps was a junior college All-American who's career at Florida was interrupted by a knee injury.

While he's definitely a Tebow fan, Epps is not sure if his former teammate can beat the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.
