Contestants can enter photos
of their children five years and younger by
submitting photograph online, by mail, or
mall drop off with $5 entry fee paid online
or by check made payable to March of
Dimes.
$1 equals 1 vote, child with
the most votes wins."Votes" are cast online
via website, sent by check or money order to
March of Dimes office or dropped off at the
Capital City Mall. Contestants will be
provided with tips on how to run a
successful campaign.
