Flinchy’s Poppy Fruit Salad

Red Leaf & Butter Lettuce
Fresh Strawberries
White Grapes
Honey Roasted Almond Accents
Lily’s Poppy Seed w/Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing
Goat Cheese mixed with Honey

Bed of Red Leaf & Butter Lettuce, coarsely chopped
Place one large whole strawberry in middle of plate
Slice strawberries into quarters and spread throughout lettuce.
Place white grapes throughout lettuce.
Sprinkle salad with honey roasted almond accents.
Drizzle Lily’s Poppy Seed w/Sweet Vidalia Onion dressing in lines over salad. (Available at Giant)
Crumble Goat Cheese mixed with honey over top of salad. Available at Weaver’s in West Shore Farmers Market or mix your own.
Serve cold!!!!

Goes great with a Riesling or Sauvignon Blanc Wine.
