Recipes From Mezzaluna: (both recipes prepared on stove top)
PASTA CARBANARA
-6 oz. White wine
-8 oz. Pasta
- 4 oz. Heavy cream
-3 oz. Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 lb prosciutto
-1/8 lb pancetta
- 2 eggs whipped
-1/4 tablespoon salt
-1/4 tablespoon pepper
prepare:
-sautee olive oil & garlic with 6 oz. white wine
-put meat and pancetta in, lightly cook
-drop pasta in over top
-salt, pepper
-add cream and cheese, eggs
-let cook until slightly fluffy
DI SPINACHI ALIALI
-4 oz. spinach
-1 teaspoon garlic
-6 oz. olive oil
-3 oz. white wine
-quarter lemon
-pinch salt & pepper
-tablespoon pie nuts
- one tomato
prepare:
-sautee olive oil & garlic
-pie nuts lightly toasted
-add tomato
-drop in spinach
-add white wine
-squeeze lemon & toss and plate.
