Summer Time Pasta Dish
Add Olive Oil to Pan. Then add chopped onion, chopped egg plant, salt, chopped garlic. Continue adding oil to pan on medium-high heat

Add chopped red/yellow bell pepper, artichoke hearts, pinch of red pepper, sun dried tomatoes, chopped broccoli, pie nuts.

Add olives ( your favorite kind)
Add more olive oil, pepper and cook.

Then put pasta (your favorite cooked) to pan. Garnish with basil, parmesean cheese.
