The Pennsylvania Department of Health has just confirmed the first child death because of the H1N1 flu.

Five year old Kyree Gamble was from Littlestown.  He was a kindergartener at Rolling Acres Elementary.

The superintendent of the school district there says gamble has been sick for several weeks.

It is unclear at this time if the child had any underlying health issues.
