The two Harrisburg Mayoral candidates will be casting their votes early Tuesday as Republican Nevin Mindlin will vote at the Lakeside Lutheran Church at around 7:15 Tuesday morning.
For the first time in nearly three decades, Harrisburg will have a new mayor.
City Council President, Democrat Linda Thompson is running against Mindlin.
She plans to cast her vote at 9 Tuesday morning at the Ben Franklin School.
But, Harrisburg is not the only city with a mayoral race.
It's a historical race in the city of York.
That's where voters will pick their first African American mayor.
Democrat Kim Bracey, who was endorsed by Governor Ed Rendell is running against Republican Wendell Banks.
In Lancaster county, two mayors are facing off for the chance to run the city of Lancaster.
Incumbent Democrat Rick Gray is going head to head against former Republican mayor Charlie Smithgall.
In Cumberland County, Camp Hill voters will choose a new mayor.
Current mayor Lou Thieblemont didn't run for re-election.
Democrat Glenn Brumbaugh is running against Republican Mark Simpson, who has served as the boro's fire chief for the past four and a half years.
