Local strong man Mike Jenkins is opening up a new training facility in Lower Paxton Township, called Catalyst Athletics at 13 Stripes Cross Fit gym (5700 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg).

The guy has a pretty impressive resume, obviously. He also won a national championship as a football player at James Madison.
