Chilidawg - I really like it when someone says check the facts and I find out that person didn't check the facts himself. Snopes - SSA ordered 174,000 rounds of hollow points; DHS ordered over 1 Billion rounds of ammo. Now I don't believe it's a conspiracy but they did in fact order them!

For those who are refusing to believe this story- keep in mind that 15 members of Congress are demanding an answer to why DHS did a billion + purchase of ammo. (in other words, they did purchase this amount). But if there is one things that speaks louder, it is the fact that the DHS refuses to explain why they would purchase enough ammo to fight the equivalent of a 24-year Iraqi War. They rely on "We the People" to be "We the Useful-Idiots". Don't be a useful-idiot.

This story was originally started by a survivalist blog, then it was picked up by that nut, Alex Jones. There is no 1.6 billion dollar ammo purchase. The government DID order 450 million rounds for ICE to be delivered over a five year period. This is down from the 575 million over five years that was ordered by ICE during the Bush administration. but 1.6 billion? Not likely. Try again fact checking next time

The DoD/Pentagon needs a major overhaul... from the most top ranking officials all the way down to the guy pushing the broom... spend spend spend!!!! Yet, i'm sure in some newspaper tomorrow from some podunk county the DoD/pentagon will have changed their tune... Their stories flip flop on a daily basis and I have personally seen this. "we need to drop our troop end numbers,get a control on spending" yet they have been advertising for new recruits like there's no tomorrow. Lets take this a step further,shall we?...the military will recruit a new soldier/sailor or marine with "waivers" instead of recruiting a qualified person that is most suited for a certain job who doesn't need to be waiverd. Hmmm...just last summer the Army was gloating on how they need a better quality of soldier, yet, lets waiver a someone who needs a waiver cause he's a high school drop out OR has a criminal record and will more than likely quit as soon as their contract is up... Like I said earlier the DoD/Pentagon changes their tune on a daily basis, passify the general public...I've seen this first hand!

If obama can'y take away the guns his plain is to buy up all the bullets, that way only his muslism britherhood and the black panthers will have them to protect him and his family. Everyone else who refuss to follow will be shot. Hitler has returnd.

I didn't believe this until I heard it here. What are they stocking up for? They are buying bullets that are not suitable for training and not legal for warfare. First executive order to authorize drone strikes on US citizens and now this! I think we should begin to fear our own government. It's time for everyone to write our congressmen.
