A 65-year-old woman is hurt tonight after a car hit her in Harrisburg.

It happened earlier this evening near the PHEAA building at 7th and Herr Streets in the city.

Viola Rodall's brother talked to CBS 21 moments after the crash, and says she stepped into the street when the car hit her.

Police say the driver did leave the scene, but then came back.

No word yet on any charges.

Crews took Rodall to Penn State Hershey Medical Center where she is listed in fair condition.
