Angry patient at doctor's office steals documents containing personal information
In Lancaster County, a doctor's office says a patient stole a document listing personal information on more than 500 patients.
Crooked Oak Family Medicine in Manheim Township says a patient became agitated and took the list from the office back in the beginning of February.
Luckily the list didn't show Social Security numbers, credit card information or addresses.
But it did include genders, dates of birth and whether they received cancer screenings and vaccinations.
All patients on the list have been notified of the theft and at this time the patient has not been charged.
