A Biglerville couple is facing charges for assault of a 4-year-old.
Police say Wilson Cotto, 24, and Mandy Hertzler, 24, have been charged with aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, and simple assault.
According to police, the child was taken to Gettysburg Hospital on February 27, with over 60 injuries, including bruises, abrasions and contusions.
Cotto is currently in Adams County Prison awaiting arraignment.
