Rubencio Arocho-Perez, 51, is wanted for failure to appear for aggravated assault. Arocho-Perez has been known to live in the 5000 block of Lancaster Street in Harrisburg. He is 5'5" tall and weighs 170 lbs.
Vincent Hansen, 26, is wanted for parole violations related to firearms and failure to appear for receiving stolen property and forgery. Hansen has lived in the 2000 block of Parkway Boulevard, Harrisburg. He is described as 5'9" tall and weighs 176 lbs.
