Duncannon man arrested for making IEDs
On Tuesday, Leroy Keck Jr., 42, of Watts Township, Perry County was arrested by State Police after officers found improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in his possession.
The devices were taken into custody by the PA State Police Hazardous Device and Explosives Section for examination.
Police also executed a search warrant at Keck's home. Officers seized several items from his home and also found another IED.
He was charged with weapons of mass destruction and prohibited offensive weapons. He was taken to Perry County Prison for arraignment.
