First young man to accuse voice of Elmo of child sex abuse files lawsuit
A Harrisburg native is suing the former voice of Elmo for luring him into drug-fueled sex when he was 16.
Sheldon Stephens says a limousine picked him up and took him to New York to the apartment of former Elmo voice character Kevin Clash.
The suit says Clash smoked crystal meth while giving Stephens some other drug.
Stephens renewed the accusations against Clash in a lawsuit Monday.
He first made the allegations last year, but he recanted after failed efforts to reach a settlement.
Clash's attorney denies any wrongdoing. He says Stephens already admitted to having an adult consensual relationship with Clash.
