Group of men attacks Shippensburg resident with baton during attempted burglary
Police are investigating an attempted burglary and an assault at an apartment in Shippensburg.
According to a press release, five men entered an apartment on East Burd Street in Shippensburg. Police say one of the men was armed with a baton, and struck a renter on the back.
Police say nothing was stolen from the apartment, and the males fled on food afterwards.
