The H1N1 virus is causing concerns for Santas around the world.

National Santa groups want to make sure everyone is only spreading holiday cheer.  The country's Santas want to be moved up on the priority list within the public health system to get H1N1 vaccines.

Santa Ernest Berger, President Santa America:
"Let's make one point clear, many of our Santas are clinically obese and the  diseases that accompany that obesity put them in a high risk group."

This year many Santas won't be wearing traditional white gloves that can spread germs.  Instead jolly old Saint Nick along with the children who visit him will use hand sanitizer.
