Harrisburg man arrested for using stolen debit card

In January, Upper Allen Police began investigating a reported theft and use of a debit card.

Police say during the investigation, they were led to Anthony Simpson, 31, of Harrisburg.  They say Simpson tried to use the stolen debit card multiple times at an ATM and a PayPal account.

Simpson was arrested on Monday.  He was arraigned and taken to Cumberland County Prison with $50,000 bail.

He faces multiple charges including; unlawful Use of a computer and other computer crimes,  criminal use of a communication facility computer, trespass, theft by unlawful taking, access device fraud, false identification to law enforcement authorities.
