In Miami, there's plenty of water, palm trees and players.

And joining Manning, Brees and Bush, this week? Say hello to Lamborghini, Maserati and Ferrari.

"Everyone wants to be a star in Miami, come to us and rent the best cars in the world," said Bruno Vargas, manager of Players Car Rental (www.playerscarrental.com), where the cars are the real stars.

Like a black beauty called a Lamborghini Gallardo Nera, which has a sticker price of $220,000. To drive it for the week, you'll have to drop around $7200.

"Lamborghini only made 160 models of this card around the word," added Vargas.

"So, there's only about 100 of these in the world?" asked CBS 21 News Sports Director Jason Bristol.

"Exactly," replied Vargas.

The Nera is a bargain, compared to this 2010 Ferrari California, which rents for $15,000 for the week. It's a convertible and is our-seater, too.

And these limited editions, don't come with unlimited miles. Once you drive one away, you're allowed roughly 75 miles per day - anything over that costs $4 a mile.

The cars parked in the Players Car Rental showroom is truly amazing. The fleet includes a Maserati next to another Maserati; followed by a tricked-out Suburban next to a Mercedes, Mini Cooper and more Mercedes.

However, during Super Bowl week, Players Car Rental's entire building will be empty.

Each one of the exotic cars will be rented.

"For this car, I have a famous guy," said Vargas, pointing to the grey California. "He's going to rent this car."

Bruno won't say who it is, but his customers range from rappers to bankers; actors and athletes - clientèle that's recession-proof and fits right in with South Florida's luxurious lifestyle.

"We're a little bit spoiled," said Rodney Barreto, chairman of the South Florida Super Bowl Host Committee. "We have some of the nicest beaches; nicest golf courses; some of the best shopping and ideally some of the best restaurants in America."

And to experience the best, you have to drive the best.

In Miami, you don't have to wear shoulder pads to be a player, you just need a lot of cash.
