On Thursday, Richard Haines, Jr., 59, of Lancaster, PA, was charged with enticing a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct so that he could take pictures. He is also charged with possession of child pornography.
If convicted the Haines faces a maximum possible sentence of 130 years with a 15 year mandatory minimum; 5 years up to a lifetime of supervised release; $1,250,000 fine; restitution; forfeiture and $500 special assessment.
