The investigation of a strange odor in one neighborhood leads to a bizarre discovery inside a home.
Crews were called out to the home on the 600 block of Center Street late last night for an odor investigation. Hazmat crews went inside the home and found what they believed was a working meth lab.
But state police determined it was not a meth lab, instead they found gallons of wine that had been fermenting for years. The previous owner who passed away several years before left the wine behind.
Some neighbors living near by were evacuated as a precaution.
