A man is facing charges after police say he assaulted his girlfriend and tied her up for several hours because she wouldn't buy him a motorcycle.

Police were called to an apartment in the 100 block of North Ronks Road in East Lampeter Township.  Police say an 18-year-old woman reported that Dwayne Worthy,23, threatened, assaulted and restrained the woman from leaving for several hours.

A one month old baby was also in the apartment.  Worthy fled in the victim's silver 2000 Volkswagon Jetta.

Police are still searching for Worthy.

Police have issued an arrest warrant for his arrest. He is charged with felony intimidation of witness or victim, unlawful restraint, terroristic threats, and DV Harrassment.

Anyone with information on Worthy's whereabouts is asked to call the East Lampeter Township Police Department at (717) 291-4676.
