The bag contained smaller bags, 11 of which had powder cocaine in them and 20 that contained crack cocaine. Each of these 31 bags would have been worth $50.
Douangsouri was placed under arrested before detectives searched his motel room. Then they found two large plastic baggies, each which contained a larger amount of powder and crack cocaine.
The cocaine seized in the arrest totaled over $13,000. Additionally, drug paraphernalia including a scale, plastic bags and also almost $900 in cash was seized. All of the cocaine seized as to be distributed in Lancaster County.
Douangsouri was charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine and was placed in Lancaster County Prison on $75,000 bail.
