Members of PA House sign petition for resolution to impeach State Supreme Court Justice
More than 40 members of the PA House of Representatives have signed a resolution that could lead to impeachment proceedings against a State Supreme Court Justice.
The resolution would authorize a committee to investigate the conduct of Justice Joan Orie Melvin.
Melvin awaits a May sentencing, after being convicted last month on allegations that she used taxpayer paid state employees and resources, for her political campaigns.
Melvin has been suspended without pay.
